After a 15-year basketball career and over 2,000 games, I battled asthma, hyper-mobility, and a long list of injuries: 6 shoulder dislocations, a broken hip, herniated disc, dislocated knee, and more than 20 sprained ankles.
Every setback taught me how to train smarter, recover better, and stay resilient.
Now, I coach a fitness, nutrition, and mindset program designed to rebuild strong, athletic bodies. My clients range from 25 to 65—former athletes, busy professionals, even my own mom.

I left sports riddled with injuries but knowing only to keep pushing through and showing up. As an ex-athlete, with an above average work-ethic, I continued to do what I had always done in the gym, hoping for things to get better. But here's the kicker: even as an athlete, simply showing up wasn't gonna cut it.
Why? Because without the right plan or guidance you simply will not win.

If you aren't eating the right things, or training the right way, your body simply won't change.
It's like running in circles and expecting to get somewhere different.

As Athletes, we often don't think about the importance of our fitness, especially when we are actively playing. Lavezz is a good example of this.
He was a former D1 athlete trying to balance a demanding hybrid work schedule, struggling to find time to prioritize his health and wellness.
After an injury at work, he fell out of shape and struggled to stay active. He didn't have the mental energy to trial and error his health. Despite trying to replicate his college workouts, Lavezz wasn't seeing results and felt like he was just wasting his time. He knew something had to change.
My solution was to introduce him to my Team. We shifted his training from long workouts to efficent, 45-minute sessions and the results were incredible. Starting at 258lbs, he's now down to 242lbs!
